Always bring your most recent eyeglasses as well as what you’re currently wearing (in case it’s different). The optometrist will be comparing the prescription they find with your current eyeglasses to give you the best recommendation for your lifestyle needs.
For all Contact Lens appointments please have your lenses in 2 hours prior to your appointment time and remember to bring your case and eyeglasses!

List of current medication, supplements + eye drops
For your eye doctor to be able to provide the best care, it is important to know what medications you are currently taking (not just the medications linked to your eyes) because many medications have side effects that affect the eyes.
